How it works

Gather requirements & analyze data

Engaging with iDrive is simple and straightforward. We listen to your requirements and then analyze your shipping PLD to determine which locations are the best fit for your fulfillment needs and for shipping optimization. Using this data, we create a formal RFP and send it to at least three partners to provide preliminary quotes for you to decide who to engage with.

Once we know what you want and need, as well as which locations make the most financial sense for shipping and logistics, we invite a minimum of three different fulfillment partners to bid on your business. Having already provided you with the optimal shipping rates and carrier selections, your focus will be selecting the right warehousing partner that you feel most comfortable with.
