With over 20 years of experience, Ray is recognized for his expertise in building high-performing teams and driving organizational change. Before joining iDrive Logistics, Ray held senior HR roles at a number of leading companies in the SaaS industry, including Domo, Microsoft, Adobe and Omniture. At each of these organizations, he played a key role in shaping culture and developing HR strategies that aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

As Chief People Officer at iDrive Logistics, Ray is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and overall employee experience. He also helps to create an inclusive workplace where every employee can thrive.

Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, and a Master's degree in Human Resources from Utah State University. He is a thought leader in the field of human resources, and has been recognized for his contributions over the course of his career.
